processing online orders

Online orders can be placed via a webshop or an order column. To handle these in the checkout, a space is provided at the top of the basic screen. (This setting becomes visible when a webshop or kiosk is linked). When no orders are to be processed, this is indicated as such:

An incoming order is shown in the bar and the 'webshop' button flashes red to indicate this:

Different orders are displayed side by side:

The 'webshop' button allows access to the orders:

1. Date of orders
2. pending orders
3. orders in production
4. completed orders
5. chronologically sorted orders
6. bulk function

1 The date of the day itself is automatically displayed when accessing this overview. The forward and backward buttons are used to access orders on other dates.
2,3,4 The left-hand column indicates which part of the overview is displayed. These buttons display orders pending, in production and finished respectively.
5 The order blocks provide access to the details of the order and when opened, one can change the status to 'edit' and 'finish' where the blocks are taken to the corresponding section of this overview.

The overview of completed orders (bottom button): Note that the exclamation mark indicates that this order has not yet been paid!

Clicking on a block opens all the order details:

From here, you can start the production, receive the payment or print a workorder.

Sometimes it can be interesting to move a number of cubes in one move. This can be done via the bulk function button after which various options appear:

order blocks can be selected and then moved to a particular category in one move. Selected tickets can also be printed using this function.
