Sometimes a summary of print jobs may be required. This can be useful, for example, if you are unsure whether a ticket has been printed.
At the top of the basic screen there is a button for this overview. This button also turns red if a print job has not been printed:

The overview immediately shows the status of print jobs:

  1. This ticket did not print and is blocked. This could be because, for example, there was no paper in the printer or the printer was not switched on.
  2. These tickets are on hold until the print function becomes active again.

It is important to check the cause that prevented a print job from proceeding. Some common causes are described in Linking Printers.

When activation is set up again, the printer will still not work until the print job that is blocked is removed or printed via the round arrow.

When the blocked job has disappeared, the jobs on hold will be printed and a new overview of the successful print jobs can be viewed:

At the top is the notification that all print jobs have been executed.
The list displays the jobs with the detail of what type of print it was, the ticket number and the status (printed).
In addition, the detail can be accessed via the eyelet:

and the ticket can be reprinted via the round arrow.
